Pet-friendly motion sensors
Our systems use Passive Infra-Red (PIR) sensors, allowing pets under 25kg to roam throughout your home without setting off an alarm.

The slim remote attaches to your keychain and allows you to disarm your security system before you even enter the house. It can also be used as a panic button in case of an emergency while you're at home.

'Pocket Secure' is a smartphone app that allows you to remotely arm and disarm your alarm system. It also displays the current status of the system, so you'll know whether it's armed or disarmed.

Steps to getting a home security system setup

1. Choose a package
Select a home security package.
You can also select optional extras like CCTV, door and window sensors and smoke detectors, and link them to your RAA monitored security system.

2. Contact us
Request a quote or talk with one of our consultants on 8202 4671 to discuss your security needs.

3. System installation
We'll book in a date to get your system installed. Generally, it takes a technician fewer than four hours to install most home security system.
Our technician will also run through the operation of your system with you and provide a guide for handy reference.

4. Peace of mind
Your home's now protected by RAA's 24/7 monitoring centre, based right here in SA.
